A wine from the Trinity Hill white label range – a Hawke’s Bay wine from sites across the region, and the 2023 vintage. A light green-straw colour in the glass. The perfume is varietally classic, with a bright blast of lemon, green herbals, grapefruit, apple and white peach. Dry, elegant and with a lightness and delicacy. Acidity is keen and unlocks the palate with a wave of clean zestiness. Oak takes a back seat, and although there are layers of spice, phenolic and oatmeal; there is a simplicity and balance that leaves a feeling of purity without needing great palate weight.
