Rosé in style, a cloudy copper-pink in the glass, with a zesty mousse of fine bubbles. Raspberry, bubblegum, redcurrant, all spice, red apple, tomato leaf and lilac on the nose. Soft and creamy on the palate, just a tickle of phenolic fuzziness and a well-balanced, citric acidity. The finish is mouth-wateringly fresh and tart. 88pts
