From Central Otago, this Blanc de Noir is allegedly Reese Witherspoon’s favourite NZ wine!? Family-owned estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes are crushed with the least skin contact possible, to produce a wine that’s the lightest shade of rose petal imaginable. Scents of peach, pear and white cherry lift from the glass, mingling with a floral, white blossom.
On the palate is raspberry, redcurrant and apricot with a fleeting salinity that ebbs away as the wine aerates. Juicy, ripe and mouthwatering with a balanced acidity that leads to a fresh, sweetening finish.
