Made from Bendigo Pinot Noir fruit, grown on the estate specifically for this wine. A deep and vibrant cerise pink in the glass, presenting cherry, strawberry and rose petal floral aromas. A lush palate of ripe watermelon, redcurrant and rosehip fruit flavours. Dry, but underpinned with the sweet and refreshing fruit. A bright acidity with a light minerality leads to a crisp, lingering finish. A serious, well balanced wine that may well age beautifully too – I’ve put a 2019 away for a few years to judge. 92pts
