A white wine from Central Otago – winner of a Gold Medal at NZIWS in 2025. A pale silvery green colour in the glass. The perfume starts with apple, lemon, nectarine and grapefruit, with a rush of exotic floral top notes. Just off-dry, with enough fruit ripeness to balance the signature Central Otago acidity. Crisp, fruit-forward and polished through the palate, where the fruit shines. A little barrel spice and texture folds into the finish, which is dry and refreshing. This should reward cellaring with increased complexity. 91pts
