From the Estate vineyards in Bannockburn, Central Otago. A bright, translucent gold in the glass. Varietally pure and aromatic, mixing citrus notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit with jasmine and freesia florals. Dry to taste, with zesty acidity and a wet-stone minerality through the mid-palate. Flavours of green apple, nectarine, fennel and green herbs develop, with the citrus persisting alongside. Enriched with a swaddle of creamy texture that adds depth towards a finish that’s clean, chalky and has good length. 91pts
