A wine from the Motueka region of Nelson – and a Gold Medal winner at the New Zealand International Wine Show this year. A pale silvery green colour in the glass. Aromas of lime, blackcurrant, green bell pepper, crushed herbs, passionfruit, white pepper and gooseberry. Dry, fresh and energetic into the palate. Tightly coiled, with a busy rush of strident acidity, giving a clean, linear path through to a finish that is more rounded, but still piquant and bright. 91pts
