A white wine made from a blend of two varietals – 80% Chardonnay and 20% Viognier. A pale green-straw colour in the glass. The perfume is quite lively and aromatic, showing influences of grapefruit, cashew, lemon, apricot, white pepper, dried fruit peel and orange blossom. After those aromatic influences, the next key factor is the texture, with a waxy, rounded mouthfeel where the presence of some fruit tannin gives grip and spreads across the palate gracefully.
