A brilliant lemon-green in the glass, with a complex bouquet of ripe peach, lime and cherry blossoms. Densely packed sweet stonefruit, but with plush tropical fruit coming through on the palate with a little more citrus lift. A gentle acid tension balances with the seamless oak integration, and there’s a real underlying vitality to this – taut and concentrated. Down in the layers is a slither of minerality, but it is the luscious creaminess and the rounded silkyness that draws you back for another glass. The finish is all about that mouthfilling texture and sweet fruit.
