The palate is succulent, concentrated, with peach, green olive, passionfruit, tarragon and pithy, citrus peel flavours. A light seasoning of oak enhances the minerality of wet stone and oyster shell, and the crisp acidity keeps the flavours pumping through the palate. A lovely richness to the texture – mealy and glossy as the palate broadens with the wine opening up and blossoming in the glass. The extended finish is generous, dry with a light spiciness and plenty of personality. 94pts.
