A vibrant pale green-lemon in the glass, and with lively aromatics of lime zest, freshly grated ginger, candied peel, almond and white cherry. The palate exhudes a chalky sweetness, bridging the ripe peach, satsuma and lemon curd flavours, and held up by the vibrant acidity. A layer of quartz minerality adds interest underneath.
