There is also a smoked sage, verbena, herbal quality to the top notes in the bouquet as well. Dry to taste, with a zip of acid vitality that skips the fruit flavours across the palate. Layers of savoury/umami blur into a seam of minerality and crushed shells, before the finish that is crisp and persistent. 93pts
