For the first time, the Hawke’s Bay Wine Auction is offering live online bidding – meaning you can watch the action unfold in real time and place your bids with just a few clicks, from anywhere in the country (or the world!). It’s all made possible thanks to The Wine Auction Room – big-time fans of a good Hawke’s Bay vino. Whether you’re watching from Wellington, toasting from Tauranga, sipping in Sydney, or lounging in London, you can now bid in real time on this year’s lots.
If you’re in Hawke’s Bay, don’t miss out on an afternoon of fantastic fun, fine wine, and fast-paced bidding by being in the room. But if you’ve got wine-loving mates outside the Bay, spread the word – it’s never been easier for them to get involved.
Here’s how it works:
- From 9am, Wednesday 3rd September you can register online via wineauctionroom.com
- Dial in for the livestream on auction day – Saturday 13th September, 2.45pm
- Bid live, via The Wine Auction Room website, wherever you are!
And if you can’t join in live, you can still place an absentee bid ahead of time through The Wine Auction Room.
