A white wine using grapes sourced from the Rapaura sub-region of Marlborough. A silver-green colour in the glass. The fragrance has good varietal notes of pear, ginger, nectarine, grapefruit and honeysuckle. There’s everything in the right place – with a silky texture and enough crisp acidity to balance the plushness of the fruit in the off-dry palate. Some green herbal flavours sneak in, as well as a hint of almond croissant, but it is fairly clean, zesty and easy-drinking. 89pts
