A translucent golden yellow in the glass. Vibrantly perfumed with lemon zest, green apple, grapefruit, pear drops and honeysuckle. A light spritz on the tongue into the palate – where a sense of lemon sherbert and lime curd develops, helped a briney acidity carrying the waves of pure fruit flavours through. Quite clean, pure and intense, but by no means simple. A little minerality emerges, and towards the finish there is a waxy texture adding more complexity. The finish is very long, dry and lip-smacking. 93pts
