Hand-picked grapes from the Herringbone vineyard in Bridge Pa, made into wine by Daniel Brennan – their first vintage. Vibrant, youthful aromatics of blueberry, plum, five spice, boysenberry, nutella and red cherry – rich and lifted on the nose. Smooth and polished into the palate, with a toasty oak note of cashew butter, and supple tannins. Artfully balanced with layers of complexity, showing salami, crushed shell and black olive notes of savouriness. A sustained, well-rounded finish. 92pts
