A translucent lemon green colour in the glass. A vibrant bouquet of whitecurrant, nectarine, red apple, preserved lemon, passion fruit and pineapple also has a touch of white pepper alongside that glossy fruit. Modern, intense and energetic into the palate, where a wave of acidity carries the wine along. Good weight and concentration – slightly salty and with a touch of chalky minerality. The finish is persistent and mouth-watering. 91pts
