A wine from Marlborough that won the Trophy for Champion Marlborough Riesling at the International Wine Challenge in London, as well as a Gold Medal at the NZ International Wine Show in 2025 too. The perfume is fresh and appealing – showing lime, green apple, apricot, grapefruit, chamomile and honeysuckle florals. The palate is simple, elegant and fairly light – at 11% alcohol. Nudging into off-dry, the fruit ripeness appears sweet, but is well-balanced by a brisk acidity which is a signature of Marlborough whites. The finish dries a little more and has a touch of wet-stone minerality to it. 90pts
