An appealing pale berry pink – brightening the table at lunch, and looking very smart in the glass. A blend of Pinot Noir (giving the colour) and Pinot Gris – a delicious balance and brightness. Aromas of redcurrant and cranberry, pear, almond and rosehip on the nose. Delicate, dry and fresh into the palate. A juicy acidity and nip of saline minerality add to the fleshy fruit of red summer berries and vanilla creaminess. Although quite dry, it has a mouthwatering succulence and a gentle ginger, anise spice towards the finish. 90pts
