Medium golden yellow in the glass, with aromas of peach, roasted almond, pink apple, caramel and orange blossom. Medium bodied with a bright acidity and a little tart fruit tannin. Elegant and quite taut through to the palate that broadens out to show a balance of sweet and savoury flavours, with ripe stone fruits and tarragon, preserved lemon and fennel. Richer and with good depth towards the back, showing some toasty oak and biscuity lees-influence at the end. Decent length in a sweetening, harmonic finish. 92pts.
