A translucent lemon-straw colour in the glass. An elegant perfume – calm and measured – revealing aromas of citrus peel, melon, sourdough, crushed shell, pineapple and fig. Oak is apparent but frames the fruit well. A bright acidity keeps the palate fresh and agile, and some delicious fruit tannin gives an element of red apple skin and green herbal notes.
