Aromatic and smoky, with savoury herbal and dried spice notes above blackberry, plum, cherry, dark chocolate and violets. Rich and broad on the plate – a mix of sweet fruit plus dark, savoury notes of leather, nori and forest floor. The spine comes in the form of burly, grippy tannins and integrated acidity.
