Made with fruit hand harvested at the On Giants Shoulders vineyard in Martinborough. A lighter colour but plenty of big pinot Noir flavours – red cherry, star anise, plum, rose petals, white pepper and mocha. It feels uncomplicated – sparse almost – but it is all there. The palate is bursting with energy and vitality. Ripe, fine tannins sit amongst savoury notes of peat, root beer, salami and terracotta.
