A palate that starts with savoury thyme herbal is balanced by succulent redcurrant jelly, boysenberry and a delicious minerality &#8211; a tang of something like black tea. A warm, spicy element \u2013 cardamom and anise \u2013 is layered with smokey cedar notes and wrapped up in creamy texture.
