Hazelnut, mandarin, red apple, apricot and nashi pear perfumes the nose, and are repeated into the wide palate of stonefruit, guava, lemon peel, and gentle baking spices. A brisk, integrated zip of acid, and a nutty, pie crust note that owes more to the extended lees contact than to any oak toast.
