A pale salmon pink (with a hint of mandarin peel) colour in the glass \u2013 very easy on the eye &#8211; with colour so important in ros\u00e9. Equally delicate and inviting on the nose, with lovely aromatics of redcurrant, blueberry, white peach and blanched almond. Light bodied, with an acidity that is crisp, fresh and balanced with a touch of sweetness. Juicy red fruits bloom in the palate, and there\u2019s a nice phenolic touch to the texture that adds a bit more interest to an already quite characterful ros\u00e9.
