A pale lemon-green in the glass, with elegant yet intense aromas. Crisp white nectarine, lemon rind, apple, cashew nut, sea salt and baking spice on the nose. Shows real finesse into the palate \u2013 ethereal and jazzy, with a lithe, sure step. Youthful and taut &#8211; once you\u2019re in, a mouth-watering acidity gives immense line through the palate \u2013 driven and direct. A deeper complexity and personality as the wine progresses, evolving and adding more richness and power layered into the core. The aluuring texture is wrapped in phenolics and a saline minerality that is persistant from aroma to finish.
