The vineyards contain an unusual mix of Sauvignon Blanc clones, including some golden-hued fruit of Loire heritage (376 and 530, for us geeks). The bouquet is gorgeously mealy and complex \u2013 you get that classic Sauvignon waft of passion fruit and jalapeno, but then it\u2019s all ripe stonefruit, orange blossom, guava and a touch of almondy oat biscuit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-709b131\" data-id=\"709b131\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b1b20f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b1b20f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Delicately balanced acidity and even with a hint of flinty reductivity as the palate broadens and lengthens out. There\u2019s barrel ferment funk and texture here, plus a gentle baking spice. No lack of power, with a pure ripe, tropical, concentration and bags of personality.
