Under cork, it pours pure golden straw into the glass, with a nose of apricot, elderflower, quince, mandarin and roast chestnut. Medium bodied, showing a tannic apple-skin edge and a nip of oxidative \u2018orange\u2019 interest. Still, sweet and pure, with ripe peach, pear and pink grapefruit flavours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6bbe4a2\" data-id=\"6bbe4a2\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f025699 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f025699\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Firm and with great tension through the mid-palate, when the savoury edge of cr\u00e8me fraiche, oyster shell, oatmeal and chamomile herbals starts to edge out the initial fruitiness. Quite linear and not heavy on texture, but has its own balance. Into a pleasing rounded, drying finish that\u2019s quite \u2018old world\u2019 in style. <strong>92pts<\/strong>.
