A single vineyard wine from the Lyttelton Harbour \u2013 Whistling Buoy wines were featured on WineFolio in September. Award-winning, indeed, destined to be served on Air NZ Business Class this year, pre-COVID – it\u2019s a limited quantity wild-fermented Pinot Noir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Beautifully floral on the nose \u2013 scented with lilac, boysenberry and rosehip. Medium to full bodied, the palate is saturated with ripe, succulent berry, cherry and mocha. Spiced and herbal, with a delicate balance of sweet fruit and savoury character \u2013 smoked olives, black tea, liquorice and charred aubergine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
