Full bodied and concentrated, carrying lush blueberry, damson and black cherry fruit girdled in tight, dense tannins with a full extraction grip. Round and polished with a seam of well integrated, but palpable oak; around the dense juicy core.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9a1b404\" data-id=\"9a1b404\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e26f5e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e26f5e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Complex, with layers that give floral \u2013 think lilac and cherry blossom; then spices \u2013 star anise and cloves; and a mineral lick of graphite and resin. A generous wine, and one to be enjoyed over a long evening \u2013 this opens up beautifully with a couple of hours in the decanter; and matches well with duck confit or slow braised venison.<\/p><p><strong>94pts<\/strong>. Excellent.
