The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed into 2000 litre tanks and fermented with a mixture of wild and inoculated yeasts then matured in a mix of new and seasoned French and American barriques. Sealed under diam. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deep opaque ruby red. Still very tight and closed on the nose, despite decanting, with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and cassis. Definitely dense, dark and brooding. Similarly, in the mouth it is best described as concentrated and rich with dark black fruit and toasty charred oak. Massive structure, power and tannins.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Finish is pronounced and extended.
