Natural fermentation and only went through partial malolactic prior to being aged for 11 months in French oak 69% of which was new.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Screw cap closure. Tropical nose with flavours of melon, pineapple, nectarine and crushed sea shells. Very Chablis like. High acidity with lingering finish.
