The power-packed nose has a complexity and directness to it. Passionfruit, whitecurrant and gooseberry are classic aromas, but jalape\u00f1o, nettle and kiwifruit are perhaps more unusual. The palate is just as bright, with a salty acidity doing the steering, and an intense \u2018green\u2019 vibe, with herbs, capsicum and lime zest along for the ride.
