A single estate Malbec, from the Bridge Pa Triangle in Hawke\u2019s Bay. A dense, super-dark purple colour in the glass. A distinctive bouquet which is noticeably spicy, with black pepper, star anise and liquorice alongside the morello cherry, plum and boysenberry fruit. Quite bold and youthful in the palate, with a bloody and succulent edge to the juicy fruit. Flavours of cola, orange peel and balsam slowly make themselves know in the back of the palate.
