A brilliant straw-gold colour in the glass. The bouquet is pure riesling personality, with green apple, lime, pineapple, satsuma, apricot and top notes of elderflower and musky incense. The palate has a lightness and delicacy but plenty of flow, from the crisp acidity. A marriage of ripe fruit, talc-like texture and a crushed stone minerality. Around medium on the sweetness scale (41 g\/L RS) which does add subtle weight as you go.
