A pale lemon-green colour in the glass. A vibrant bouquet starts with lemon and lime, then filling out through green apple, grapefruit, satsuma and apricot. A light spritz as the piquant acidity strikes the very tip of the tongue. The weight and youthful energy coming along straight after, quite intense and generous. Acidity balances the ripe fruit, with a medium-dry Kabinett level sweetness retained and filling out the palate.
