The bouquet is compact and elegant, with whispers of cherry, plum, blood orange, cranberry and more savoury aspects of thyme, peat, incense and rose petals. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and showcases a crisp acidity, accenting the fruit, with a zing of energy and direction. The tannin profile is fine with a chalky grip that is deftly woven in, adding spine.
