The perfumed also shows quite green, with crushed herbs, fennel bulb, pear, lime, Granny Smith apple, ginger and honeysuckle. Light to medium-bodied, with that very crisp, salinity of acidity that is representative of the varietal. It fleshes out through the palate, with a minerality developing, underlining the zesty fruit flavours.
