A pale, silvery yellow in the glass, with a crisp, bright perfume filled – at first – with green notes of capsicum, fresh herbs, nettle and pea pod. Followed by whitecurrant, jalape\u00f1o and lemongrass. The palate broadens on that base and heads riper, into flavours of honeydew melon and satsuma.
