Cherry, raspberry, plum, black olive, orange peel, liquorice and bags of toasted spice and wood notes in the bouquet. Very complete and concentrated into the palate. This has harmony, balance and power in its medium-bodied structure. The tannin is long and supple, with drag across the tongue. Acidity carries those juicier fruit notes into the savoury depths further through the palate, with bracken, nori and old leather coming out.
