A dry style of riesling from a single vineyard in Bendigo, Central Otago. A translucent silver-green in the glass. The bouquet is buoyant with flavours of lime, apple, satsuma, preserved lemon, then more curious notes of green olive, white pepper, beeswax and custard. Dry on the palate, with a racy acidity and stony minerality running in tandem. Energetic and mouthwatering, there is a complexity to the back of the palate with some spicy wood notes appearing. A little texture too, but it has delicacy and a lightness through to the finish that is well-balanced and long. 93pts<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
