A single vineyard wine, from Bendigo on the shores of Lake Dunstan in Central Otago. One of four Pinot Noirs in their range, this wine is destined for the on-premise market and you won\u2019t find it in retail stores. A dense, dark shade of garnet-red in the glass. A burst of youthful red fruit to the nose, showing cranberry, redcurrant, raspberry and cherry, with a lift of lilac florals. Quite rich and with plenty of savoury flavours to balance that fruit plushness into the palate. Toasted spices, nori, leather and bitter chocolate lie in layers, framed with supple tannins.
