A medium golden colour in the glass, with a fine bead of tiny bubbles. A heady mixture of freshness, complexity and richness on the nose. Scented with peach, mandarin, apricot, preserved lemon, fig, brioche, honey, jasmine and almond. Aged, but with tremendous energy and youthful spritz to balance the vinous characters. Savoury elements of salinity, marmite and crushed shell emerge suit the style, with a sense of journey through the wine during the glassful.
