A very bright and aromatic bouquet, led by lime and grapefruit, with a swag of blackcurrant, passionfruit, apple-mint, pea pod and pineapple. Medium-bodied, with a central focus of juicy flavour, backed by a crisp, saline acidity. Some minerality comes through mid-palate, with a whisper of tannin and texture adding polish and character.
