The bouquet has strawberry, watermelon, red liquorice, cherry and peach, as well as a lift of rose petal and lilac florals. Although the palate is dry, the ripeness of the fruit keeps things lush and juicy. There\u2019s a creaminess to the texture and just a hint of phenolic, apple-skin tannins that also aids the complexity – and a pithy quality towards the finish.
