Each varietal adds personality to both the scent and the body of the wine. It smells super aromatic – like a some new mega-strain of aromatic grape. Perhaps dominated by the Gewurz and riesling on the nose, the perfume has notes of apricot, dried apple, nettle, ginger, almond and honey. The palate is intriguing – prickly with fruit tannin, phenolics and then a slippery texture.
