A lighter straw and green colour in the glass. Flint and quartzy minerality are immediate on the nose, with white peach, lime and apple fruit. Cashew, preserved lemon and green olive complete the aromas. Quite elegant and seamless – you could call this a cool-climate expression easily. An oily, creamy texture, with a little tannin grip softens the palate. Toasty oak brings back a little \u2018old school\u2019 whilst overall the style is quite modern – tight and precise.
