Dry enough that you\u2019d call it that; but look out for plenty of glossy ripeness that adds generosity to the palate. Bright, zesty acidity takes the lead, giving the palate energy and zip. Some cardamom and nutmeg flavours give complexity, and warmth, to the vibrant finish.
