The bouquet has equal parts fruit, savoury and floral components – white peach, apple, lime and grapefruit; cashew, breadcrumb and struck-match; lemon blossom and jasmine. Concentrated and powerful into the palate, with lush fruit accented by a clean acidity and zesty minerality. A little spice and vanilla from the barrel ferment adds warmth, whilst an oatmeal, creamy texture builds in behind.
